The two main ingredients is Sugar and Coconut Oil. Sugar is going to exfoliate and remove the dead skin and prep your lips for a pretty colour. The Coconut Oil is going to moisturise the H out of you lips.
This edition is going to be with Orange, Cloves and Honey. I love the scent and taste of the Orange and Cloves together – it just smells so Christmass-y! The honey is great as a moisturiser on the lips.
Step 1 and 2 is the bits and bobs you’ll need. In Step 3 I measured the sugar – you’ll need a bit more than half of the jar. Next you need to mix the sugar 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice and honey – you can use as much or as little as you like but the to ingredients need to have the same measure. I then crush the cloves, again use the amount that floads our boat. Lastly I just mixed 1½ tablespoons of Coconut Oil in the mix. Note that Coconut Oil has a strong taste so you might need to mix some more juice or cloves in.
All you need to do now is to pour the mix into a jar of your choice. I made it even more Christmass-y by wrapping some red/white ribbon around the jar and added a little note. Cute, ha? It’s also a great hostess present!

Tis the the season to be partying and I’m sat here with a bit of a hangover! Yup I went to a Christmas party last night (Saturday) and it was so much fun. We ate, we drank and we danced! While this is fun, this is also really unhealthy for the skin – especially the drinking part. I refused to let my skin get dry and de-hydrated so I did some research and did a Pre-Party-Pampering-Session!

Sooooo I went shopping and no, it was not shopping-shopping but food shopping! As you can see some bits and bobs went in the basket as well! All I have to say is wups!
As you can see, this post is quite long but it is also written in two languages. Let me know if this is annoying or something you can do with 🙂 It’s just something I’m testing.

I don’t know about you, but I sometimes a lot get really lazy with my skincare. I don’t know what it is but sometimes I ‘forget‘ and already laying under the covers and do not want to move into the cold cold bathroom to take my makeup of. So the other day when I had one of those days I found some bits that could actually work as a lazy kit. I grabbed my L’oréal Paris Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution – also known as the Bioderma dupe. This is great at removing my face makeup while also cleansing. If I have had a only mascara kind of day this will also dissolve the eye makeup. But if I have had one of those great mornings where I just felt like slapping on some eyeshadow, eyeliner etc. then I need a bit more help to dissolve the pretty mess.. Cue the Rimmel London Just Let It Go Eye makeup Remover which is actually a lovely eye makeup remover, it does what it’s suppose to. Now on those lazy days I really just love my Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask which I just slap on before going all the way under the covers again. All of this is, of course, done in the bed!
